1979, which responded
to the Notice
of Violation sent to you with our letter of March 8,
1979, concerning
activities authorized
by NRC Operating License No. DPR-67.
As stated in our May
1 letter,
we have completed our evaluation of your response
and conclude that information was not submitted that would change
our findings.
Also, the actions
taken to correct this item, as stated in your April 3,
1979
letter, are incomplete
and do not implement Regulatory
Guide 1.33 as required
by your Technical Specifications.
Accordingly, please
submit
a written response
to this office, within ten days of your receipt of this letter, which provides
the information required
by 10 CFR 2.201.
