DPR-67 Based on the results of the NRC inspection May 29-30, 1979, certain of your activities appear to deviate from applicable
- codes, guides, or standards approved by the Commission, as indicated below:
In the second paragraph on page 2 of a letter from Mr. P. Collins of the Operator Licensing Branch of the NRC to Mr. K. Harris of the St. Lucie Plant dated December 9,
- 1977, the licensee was instructed to assure that applications for the renewal of operator licenses contain statements indicating any area(s) where the applicant failed to participate in the accepted requalification program and indicate the actions taken or planned to compensate for such nonparticipation.
Contrary to the above, applications for the renewal of two licenses were submitted on February 23, 1979, for operators who had missed one or more required lectures, and no statement of the inadequacy nor of the corrective actions were included.
