HSKKM BGrimes TJCarter Gray File By letter dated September 15, 1977, we informed you of a limited boron dilution incident involving the contents of a spray additive tank at an operating P'l!R facility.

In light of this you were asked to review potential boron dilution incidents at your facility to insure that a similar or other unreviewed method of boron dilution was not more limiting than had been previously analyzed and found acceptable.

Your response of December 8, 1977, indicates that you have reviewed potential boron dilution incidents at your facility and have determined that the FSAR analysis of this event still represents the most limiting case.

Based on your response no further action regarding this generic issue is necessary.
