APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Florida Power and Light Company License No. DPR<7 Based on the results of the NRC inspect,ion conducted on September 19-22, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
This item has been categorized as described in our correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
Technical Specification 4.7.10.1.1 requires that snubbers 'hall be determined operable between 4 -
6 months from initial criticality and thereafter in accordance with the schedule of Technical Specification Table 4.$ - 3, by visual inspection.
Initiation of the Table 4.7 -
3 inspection schedule shall be made assuming the unit was previously at the 6
month inspection interval.
Contrary to the
- above, when the licensee identified no inoperable snubbers on the initial visual inspection of 10/8/76, six months after criticality, the next visual inspection was scheduled at
