My letter to you dated October 10, 1978 advised that your September 5,

1978 application relating to the'urveillance requirements for the diesel generator units used as the onsite A.C. power source at St. Lucie Unit No.'1 requires a Class II fee of $1,200 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.

To date we have not received the requested fee.

The fee should be forwarded to this office within fifteen (15') days after receipt of this letter.
