We have received your Jetter dated January 17; 1990, which transmitted the proposed s~ope and objectives for the Dresden Nuclear Powe~ Station's annual emergency preparedness.._ exercise s*chedul ed for April H, 1990.
- We have reviewed-this* submittal and have determined that the prop6sed objectives *are generally acceptable.
However, we would encourage you to expand these 6bjectives to i~clude a~ item specifically addressing offsite Prot.ecti*ve Action *:Re.commendations (PARs).
It is acknowledg~d that PAR inf6rmation.is a part of yQur offsite notification_
process and would probably be demonstrated as part of your objective number 2, Notification and tommunication.
To ensure this basic emergency response capability is adequately demonstrated and evaluated, we request that it be made a specific object~ve.
