Thank you for your submittal of Revision 51 of your Quality Assurance Topical Report *CE-1-A, dated July 7, 1988.
We have reviewed the changes and have discussed the training and qualification program with the Manager of Quality Assurance.
It is our understanding.that your current*qualification program*
will remain unaltered as a result of this change.
Based on this review and discussion, we find that the program as revised con-tinues to satisfy the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and is there-fore acceptable.
