This confirms our plans as discussed between Mr. M.A. Ring of my staff and Mr. J. Silady of your staff, on July 18, 1988, to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at 2:00 p.m. (CDT) on Friday, August 19, 1988, at the NRC Region III Office, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
This meeting will be an enforcement conference to discuss the degraded secondary containment condition at the Dresden Station during May of 'this year.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
