FEB 2 3 1989 This confirms our plans as discussed on February 4, 1988, between Mr. J. Silady of your staff and Mr. M. Ring of this office to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, March 3, 1988, at The NRC Region III Office, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The meeting will be an enforcement conference to discuss 10 CFR 50 Appendix J local leak rate testing 2 year interval at Dresden and other Commonwealth Stations.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
