December 31, 1987 letter from P.C. LeBlond to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Gentlemen:
The referenced letter provided the NRC staff with notification of Commonwealth Edison's intent to utilize Bechtel Topical Report BN-TOP-1 testing methodology as an acceptable test method at all six of its nuclear stations.
This is to inform you that Revision 1, November 1972, is the version of BN-TOP-1 *that will be utilized.
