This refers to the telephone conversation on July 28, 1986, between Mr. Douglas Scott and Mr. Donald Miller of this office, regarding arrangements for an enforcement meeting between members of our respective organizations.
This meeting is scheduled for August 11, 1986, at 10:00 a.m., in our office at 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the findings of a recent inspection as it relates to a shipment of contaminated equipment, your proposed corrective actions, and the enforcement options available to the NRC.
