This confirms that an Outage Inspection Program will be conducted at Dresden Nuclear Station Unit 3.
The dates for each segment of the inspection are as follows and will involve about seven NRC and consultant personnel during each review/inspection phase:
Pre-Outage Review (POR)
Outage Design Inspection (OD!)
Outage Vendor Inspection (OVI)
Outage Installation Inspection (Oii)
Pre-Operations Readiness Inspection (PORI)
September 3-6, 1985 October 15-25, 1985 October 15-25, 1985 March 17-28, 1986 May 5-16, 1986 An entrance interview will be conducted on September 3, 1985.
At that time, the methodology of the Outage Inspection Program will be explained.
As discussed with site personnel, we plan to conduct the various inspections in such a manner as to minimize the impact on the Dresden Nuclear Station Unit 3 outage schedule.
