We have received a copy of your application dated June 11, 1984, which was filed ~1th the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for re-view. This application transmitted refonnatted Technical Specifications for the Dresden Station Unit Nos. 2 and 3 to improve legibHity and ver-satility. Fees pursuant to 170.22 were not remitted with your applica-tion.
Based on 1nfoTlllat1on provided,by the ONRR staff as the result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that a Class II fee ($1,200) and a Class I fee ($400) are appropri~te since the changes are administrative in nature and involve a duplicate unit.
Therefore, you are requested to remit the sum of $1,600 to this office.
If the ONRR staff's final review of your application reveals that these fees are not appropriate, you will be notified and any necessary adjust-ments will be made.
