The licensee has* reviewed. the. two. events and developed. corrective action *plans necessary* to* preclude future-problems. with. station personnel.

• Further, the licensee has met with contractor personnel to reinstruct th~ in their responsibilities for contractor performance and liason with station personnel.

In addition, the licensee has met with contractor home office management to review their responsibilities with special emphasis on the need to adhere to rules and practices. to prevent the. occurrence of events which could affect operating station** performance *.
