CYCLE 9 OPERATION LICENSE AMENDMENT NO. 75 Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 By application dated December 21, 1982, you requested rev1s1ons.to License Paragraph 3.M and changes to the Tech'nical Specifications to allow Cycle 9 operation for Dresden Station, Unit 2 with reload fuel supplied by and the associated analyses performed by the Exxon Nuclear Company.
License Amendment~
No. 75 approved the license and Technical Specification changes proposed by the above application.
It has been subsequently noted that while it was your intention to propose a modification of License Paragraph 3.M.5, APRM Scram and Rod Block setpoint values; you inadvertently omitted bars to indicate proposed revisions to that paragraph.
Thus, License Paragraph 3.M.5, which was originally issued by License Amendment No. 63, July 9, 1981, was not revised by the subject license amendment.
Since we documented our review of the proposed changes to these setpoint values in Section 2.4.2 of the Safety Evaluation supporting License Amendment No. 75, dated April 7, 1983, the following correction should be made to License Paragraph 3.M.5:
