The.revisions reflect the provision for transfer of engineering and construction responsibilities from Project Engineering anq*Project Construction to Station Nuclear Engineering and Station Construction~ respectively~ upon issuance of a full power operating license and with mutual agreement between the Manager of Projects and the Vi~e-President of Nuclear Operations.
The changes do not reduce the. commitments in the previously accepted Quality Assurance Program and are therefore being implemented.
