- As a result of the final review of the April 25 request, the DL staff has determined that the review involved consideration of a single safety issue. On this basis., a Class III fee of $4,000 ts appropriate pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22. It is requested t~t your Company remit a sum of $4,000 to our office for the April 25 request.
