This Enforcement Conference relates to the quality assurance aspects associated with the procurement, installation and use of non-qualified valve guides in the electromatic relief valv~s used at the Dresden and Quad-Cities Nuclear Power Stations-.

This revision from our previous *plans in our October 4, 1982, letter to you is *a change in the location of the Enforcement Conference.

This'also confirms our plans to conduct a,Management }1eeting with you and members of yo~ir staff at 12£30 p.m. (CST) on November 3, 1982,- to* discuss the results of the investigation of drug related allegations at the Zion Nuclear Power Station.
