Attached is an addendum consisting of :a Confirmatory Measurements Program
data sheet for Inspection Report Nos. '50-10/81-15; 50-237 /81-29; and
50-249/81-22 transmitted by our letter dated November 6, 1981.
The results
are for a liquid sample analyzed for beta emitters and a charcoal sample
analyzed for iodine by the NRC Reference Laboratory.
Please attach* the addendum to your copy of our irispe1ction report.
