SEP TOPIC* XIIl-2, SAFEGUARDS/INDUSTRIAL SECURITY By le©ters dated-March 9, 1979, November 17*, 1980 and February 11, 1981, the Commission issued Amendments 42, 51 and 56 respectively to Provisional Operat1ng License No. DPR-19.
These amendments incorporated the Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Guard Training and Qualification Plan into License No. DPR-19 for Dresden Unit 2.
T~ese amendments satisfy the aspects of SEP Topic XIII-2 with regard to station security.
We have detennined that these aspe,cts of Topic XIII-2 regarding fuel accountability are adequately covered by the plant technical<ipecifications which require that -records and/or logs be maintained relative to radio~ctiv@shipments, by-product material inventory ~nd new@)ld spent fuel inventory and assembly histories.
Based on the above considerations we have d~tennined that SEP Topic XIII-2 is complete for Dresden Unit 2.
