With your application dated March 27, 1981, which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review, your Company remitted a Class Iii fee of $4,000 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22. The application proposed certain Technical Specification changes for Dresden Unit No. 2 relating to snubbers.
It was approved on May 6, 1981, as Amendment No. 60 to License DPR-19.
- Based on information.provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a final review of your application, ft,_h\\iS been de;termined that this request involved an administrative issue; therefore, a Class II fee of $1,200 is applicable.
On this basis, we are con~urrently authorizing the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of $2,aoo::to your Company.
