Dear Mr. Del George:
We have reviewed your response to generic letter*Bl-04 regarding emergency procedures and training for station blackout events. Our review was to confirm that the subject procedures and training ei.ther currently exist or wi 11 be implemented on an acceptable schedule at your plants. Our review did not include an evaluation of the details provided in your response beyond that necessary to confirm the above.
You indicated that procedures and training for station blackout will.be implemented*at your plants by September.3, 1981.
We find this implementation schedule acceptable. The NRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement will review the subject procedures and training program during a future plant inspection.
