your Company requested that the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR)
.extend the February 21, 1980 Confinnatory Order date required for installation of a recirculation pump trip for Dresden Unit No. 2.
- A fee pursuant to JO_ CFR l?0.22 did not accompany your application.
On Oecember.30, 1980, the ONRR staff completed the review for this application and issued Amendment
'No. *53 to License No. DPR-19.
Based on the data provided to us by the ONRR staff as a result of a final revi~w of your application, it has been determined that the review itivolved coQsideration of a single safety issue.
As such, a Class III fee of $4,000 is required, and it 1S requested that this amount be remitted to this office.
