Dear Mr. Kohn:

This letter is a follow-up to conversations that Mr. Ramin Assa and I had with you on June 19 and 22, 1998, respectively. During those conversations, we explained to you that our April 29, 1998, response to your March 25, 1998, Petition filed pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206, was recently returned to the NRC by the U. S. Postal Service. The reason our letter was undeliverable appeared to be our error in typing the Post Office Box address. During our telephone conversations, you also informed me that you had not received your copy of the NRC letter dated May 20, 1998, to Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) in which NRC requested ComEd to address the issues raised in your Petition.

Enclosed is the original letter from the NRC to you acknowledging receipt of your Petition and a copy of the May 20, 1998, letter from the NRC to Com Ed. For the immediate future, the NRC will use your street address, which we trust will result in timely delivery of documents to you.
