Commonwealth Edison Company Dresden Station NOTICE OF VIOLATION Docket Nos. 50-237: 50-249 License Nos. DPR-19; DPR-25.
EA 96-391 During an NRC inspection conducted from September 1 through October 18. 1996.
a violation of NRC requirements was identified.
In accordance with the "General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions."
NUREG-1600. the violation is listed below:
- .Technical Specification 3.7.A.2 requires. in part. that primary containment integrity be maintained at a 11 ti mes wh.en th_e reqctor is critical.
Technical Specific.ation 3. 7.A.2.b(2)(a) states. in.part.. that when primary containment integrity is required. primary containment leakage shall be limited to a combined leakage* rate of les~ than or equal to 60 percent of La for all testable penetrations and isolation valves subjett tq Type B and C tests.
