That being said. it is not dear what the amendment is changing.
Perhaps that is too lengthy for a layman to weigh in on. but based on the events at Fukushima Dai-lchi, I believe special attention should be paid t<.) those nuclear reactors that are near bodies ohvater and at risk of flood events. Rising planetary water levels wilf increase the risk of those nuclear plants closest to shorelines.
I believe the NRC review will be thorough and support the.NRC decision.
