Foll owing additional review of the subject inspection report, we have

concl ucted that the report's cover letter does not accurately reflect the report's

contents.

Specifically, a number of weaknesses were identified during the

inspection and documented in the body of the report. In order to highlight these

identified weaknesses we have revised the report cover letter.

The attached

tover letter repl~ces the cover letter transmitting Inspection Report No.

50-237/93015(DRS); No. 50-249/93015(DRS).
