RESPONSE TO NRC REVIEW OF GENERIC LETTER 89-10, SUPPLEMENT 3, FOR DRESDEN STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3 (TAC NOS. M77772 AND M77773)
Commonwealth Edison Company's (CECo) submittal dated June 25, 1992~ proyided information on methods to be utilized for detecting l~aks in piping systems susceptible to intergranular stress-corrosion cracking (IGSCC) at Dresden Station.
In your response you stated that one of the methods of detecting leakage, identified in the staff's April 16, 1992 letter, was available for all the IGSCC susceptible piping except for a small section of the Isolation
