By letter dated January.-16, 1990, Commonwealth E~ison Company {CECo) submitted
.an application for amendment requesting a change to thirteen instrumentation tables for each unit to ; ncorporate enhan.cements* from the BWR Standard Technical Specifications {STS) which result in consistency of table format and technical content.
By letter dated February 18, 1992, CECo requested withdrawal of the above application. The NRC staff considers CECo's request withdrawn.
