By letter dated November 12, 1991, you re.quested an Exemption from certain Type B (local leak rate) testing requiref!lents of Appendix _J to 10 CFR Part 50, for the two-ply containment penetration expansion bellows at Dresden and Quad Cities Nuclear Power Stations.
