transmitting a proposed amendment to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-19 and DPR-25.

The proposed amendmen*t would assure the availability and effectiveness of the Control Room Air Filtration System that was installed in response to NUREG-0737, Item III.D.3.4.

The staff considers the withdrawal of your application acceptable on the basis of your commitment.to provide a combined submittal in the near future for both Dresden and Quad Cities that will. be identical as possible~ except for engineering differences, and will incorporate changes based on past meetings and discussions.with the staff. This action closes TAC Nos~ M69019 and M69020.
