ORDER Upon a suggestion ma.de by CoW1sel for the Applicant during a telephone conference, on December 18, 1980, participated in by representatives of all of the parties and the members of this Board, it was agreed that pro-posed partial findings of fact, by the parties, covering the issues heard
- i,n Morris, Illinois, on November 19th through 21st, 1980, should be filed without awaiting the outcome of the newly raised bowing issue.
To carry out this agreement, which was made to expedite the final disposition of this matter, it is this 19th day of December, 1980.
ORDERED That the Applicant file its proposed partial findings of fact, in this matter, on or before December 22, 1980; that Intervenors, the State of Illinois, file its proposed partial findings of fact on or before January 30, A012 290/l/C/
- 1981; and that the NRC Staff file its proposed partial findings of fact on or before February 13, 1981.
