On March 3, 2017, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Investigations, initiated an Assist to Staff to obtain additional and clarifying information relative to the discovery of contraband on March 2, 2017. The NRC completed the Assist to Staff and determined that there was no deliberate misconduct or willfulness. We plan no further investigative actions toward Browns Ferry or any individual, with regard to this matter.
