By your application dated May 20, 1999, and affidavit dated May 20 1999, executed by Linda B.
Russell, you submitted, "Allegheny Electric Cooperative, Inc. Decommissioning Status Report For Unit 1 and Unit 2 of the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station," and requested that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to and in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal ~Re ulatione (10 CFR) Section 2.790.
Since this new request fullyaddresses Section 2.790, and your earlier request dated March 31, 1999, did not, we are no longer reviewing your request of March 31, 1999.
Furthermore, to eliminate it from our records we willdestroy the original and any copies we have made.
