AND 2 The attached documents were provided by PECO Energy Company to the NRC staff on September 3,
1996 and September 25, 1996.
The documents were provided to support PECO's verbal notification of planned inspections and as-found flaws in the Peach Bottom Unit 2 core spray system during the ongoing Unit 2 refueling outage.
The documents include system drawings that show the location of the system welds and as-found flaws as well as documents that describe PECO's proposed disposition of the flaws.
PECO stated in a teleconference on September 25, 1996, that similar information as well as more detailed information would be formally submitted for staff consideration on or about September 26, 1996.
Please place the attached documents in the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Docket File.
