ENCLOSURE RE VEST FOR AODITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE REVIEW F

TOPIC LLI9-DOS It is understood that PPSL has performed two different delta-CPR calculations and that the transient initial conditions were based on two different steady-state power histories and two corresponding axial power shapes, one peaking at the bottom and the second peaking at the top of the fuel rod.

NRC generally requires that bounding power histories with uncertainties be included in the determination of power'istories.

Please explain how the two steady-state power histories were determined for each of the delta-CPR calculations and how they are compatible with NRC's requirement of bounding power histories.

Also, discuss any other differences in how h

was determined for the two steady-state calculations.
