program.
We note from your response
and discussions
with you that your program
was upgraded
to assure
that individuals who fail examinations
required
by 10 CFR 55.59(a)( 1) and (2) will be
removed
from shift until they are properly
remediated
and re-evaluated.
We also note that you will formalize your commit-
ment to Regulatory
Guide 1.8, Revision
2 with respect
to the licensed operator
requalification program.
We consider
these actions to be substantial
improve-
