1989
in the Region I office, King of Prussia,
in which your staff made
a
presentation
of their preliminary findings of the causes
of the explosions
and
possible corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
At the conclusion of the meeting, your staff stated that they plan to submit
a
formal report to the
NRC by January
8,
1990.
