15, 1988 revised reply to the November 30, 1987
letter and Notice of Violation. The Notice of Violation involved assignment
of
an individual to the position of Radiological
Operations
Supervisor
who did not
meet the minimum qualification requirements
specified in your Technical
Specifications.
The corrective actions
and control measures
detailed in your revised
response
are adequate
to permit the current individual to continue in the position
until fully qualified. Adherence to these corrective actions
and control
measures will be examined during
a future inspection.
As to the proposed
date
when the individual will meet full qualification requirements,
we understand
that you will provide us with a detailed evaluation
assuring that the
individual will meet Technical Specification requirements
in this area.
