surveillance,

events.
IThis
inspection identified that fire dampers
in the Standby
Gas Treatment
System
(SGTS) were not included in the applicable surveillance
procedure
as required.
Malfunction of these
could affect the operability of the
SGTS.
This letter also acknowledges
