of our findings held by Mr. Florek with Mr. D. Thompson
and
other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas
examined during this inspection
are described
in the
NRC Region I Inspec-
tion Report which is enclosed with this letter.
Within these
areas,
the inspec-
tion consisted of selective
examinations
of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and observations
by the inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps
you have taken to correct the violations
and deviations
brought to your attention in letters
and enclosures
dated
December
18,
1984,
February 7,
1985
and March 4,
1985.
We have
no further ques-
tions regarding
the steps
you took to correct items 388/84-34-29
and 388/84-42-01.
With regard to item 388/84-34-03,
your interim solution was found to be accept-
able.
The long term solutions
are in process
and will be assessed
later.
With
regard to item 388/85-02-01,
your corrective actions
completed to date were
found to be acceptable.
Within the
scope of this inspection,
no violations were observed.
