Me have received a copy of your letter dated February 7, 1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review and approval in accordance with the requirements of License Conditions 2.C(28)(d)(i) and 2.C(12)(e) of NPF-14 and NPF-22, respectively.
This submittal relates to the instrumentation for detection of inadequate core cooling as addressed in the License Conditions for Susquehanna Unit Nos.
1 and 2, and in Generic Letter 84-23 dated October 26, 1984.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170, as revised June 20, 1984, were not remitted with your February 7 letter.
This revised ru'le requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other request that require NRC review and approval.
Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the required application fee of $150 for your February 7 request.
Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
