We have received a copy of your application dated February 18, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requests one time relief from performing the post-maintenance leak rate testing on Reactor Cleanup Valve 1F004 as required by the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station Unit 1 In-Service Testing Program.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application.
Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $ 150 for your February 18, 1987 request.
Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
