We have received a copy of your application dated October 17, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requests an exemption from GDC-4 at the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application.
Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $ 150 for your October 17, 1986 request.
Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
