We have received a copy of your applications dated December 6 and December 14, 1984. which were filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review.
These applications proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to 125-volt batteries for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
A $150 application fee was, remitted with each of the applications pursuant to the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170.
Your Company was notified of the ONRR staff's approval of the December 6 application with the issuance of Amendment Nos.
31 and 7 to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-14 and NPF-22 on February 8, 1985.
The ONRR staff have informed us that the December 14 application is a duplicate of the December 6 application.
Therefore.
a refund or credit of $ 150 is due your Company for the December 14 submittal.
If you wish to be given credit for the $150 application fee, you need only reference Check No. 01245093 dated December 13, 1984, in your next application and we will apply the $150 application fee to that request.
Please advise us whether you wish to be given credit for the
$150 application fee or if you wish us to make a refund to your Company.
