Effective March 23, 1984, Indemnity Agreement No. B-90, between Pennsylvania Power and Light Company and Allegheny Electric Cooperative, Inc. and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated September 10, 1984, as

amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:

Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures of Pennsylvania Power and Light Company's Susquehanna Steam Electric Station show as being within the heavy green lines on a reduced copy of Pennsylvania Power 8

Light Company Drawing No. E-105181-1, Revision 13 dated September 7, 1981.

The site also includes the river intake structure and associated piping and the Unit 2 switchyard, said switchyard being located approximately 500 feet south of the Unit 2 Cooling Tower, and the Unit 1 switchyard, said switchyard being located approximately 8,800 feet east of the nearest reactor building.

The Susquehanna Steam Electric Station is located on the west bank of the Susquehanna River approximately 4 miles south of Shickshinny and 5 miles northeast of Berwick in Salem Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
