2 The NRC staff is transmitting herewith its subject safety evaluation with its attachment, EG&G Idaho, Inc., Technical Evaluation Report (TER) dated October 1984.
We find the instrumentation provided by PP&L for meeting the recommendations of Regulatory Guide 1.97 acceptable.
This Safety Evaluation indicates that PP&L has met its commitment for Unit 1 items 3a and 3b of the June 14, 1984, Confirmatory Order on Licensee's Commitments on Emergency
Response
Capabilities, and for Unit 2 items (c)(1) and (c)(2) of Attachment 2
to the Unit 2 license.
