Within these
areas,
the in-
spection
consisted
of selective
examinations
of procedures
and
representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and observations
by the inspector.
Within the
scope of this inspection,
no violations were observed.

will be placed

you notify this office,
by
lephone,
within ten
