Technical Specification Review The NRC staff with the assistance of the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory and Franklin Research Center conducted two audits of selected systems for compatibility of the Susquehanna Unit 2 Technical Specifications with the Final Safety Analysis Report and Safety Evaluation Report (Enclosure

1) and with the as-built systems (Enclosure 2).

The NRC staff has concluded from these audits that no substantive discrepancies exists but requests that PP&L respond within 10 days of receipt of this letter to recommendation 2.5.5 of Enclosure 2 regarding suppression pool water volume.
