Susquehanna Unit 2 Technical Specifications In your application for an operating license, you included proposed techni-cal specifications.

During the course of our review of your application, we have worked with you on these Technical Specifications to reach a mutual agreement on the proper wording and substance.

Encl.'osed in final draft form are the Susquehanna Unit 2 Technical Speci-fications which were developed utilizing the Licensing and Appeal Board decisions in the operating license proceeding and the Susquehanna Unit 1 Technical Specifications, LRG items reviewed and approved by the NRC staff, Susquehanna Unit 2 plant specific requirements, and the licensing experience gained since the issuance of the Susquehanna Unit 1 license.

Please review the enclosed draft and submit, under oath or affirmation, an amendment to your application confirming that the enclosed draft (or a revised draft incorporating any further changes you believe are necessary),

accurately reflect the plant, the FSAR, and the SER analyses.

A copy of the enclosed draft technical specifications were provided to your staff February 17, 1984.
